C'est d'ordinaire très calme et paisible dans la ville de Winalot, mais pas aujourd'hui. L'avide Gordon Gazumper, escroc de l'immobilier, a l'intention d'y construire son empire. Il s'acoquine à deux cambrioleurs idiots pour l'aider. Il a également libéré le Grand Méchant Loup de prison afin que celui-ci terrorise les habitants et qu'il les pousse à vendre leurs habitations à des prix défiants toutes concurrences.
Le Petit Chaperon Rouge veut rendre visite à sa grand-mère qui vit au plus profond de la forêt mais est-ce bien prudent avec le Grand Méchant Loup qui traine dans les parages ? Son ami Peter Piper accepte de l'accompagner. Au cours de leur trajet ils vont rencontrer le Prince Rupert qui est sur les traces du loup avec son noble chien Rufus.
Gordon Gazumper réussira-t-t-il à expulser les bonnes gens de Winalot ? Le Grand Méchant Loup sera-t-il capturé avant qu'il ne dévore quelqu'un ? Vivront-t-ils heureux pour toujours ? It's normally very quiet and peaceful in the town of Winalot, but not today. A greedy property tycoon, Gordon Gazumper, is intent on building up his property empire. He has found two idiot burglars to help him, and he has also released The Big Bad Wolf from prison to terrorize the local inhabitants into selling their homes to him at rock bottom prices.
Red Riding Hood wants to visit her Granny who lives in the deep dark woods, but it isn't safe with the Wolf on the loose, so her friend, Peter Piper, agrees to go with her. On their journey they meet handsome Prince Rupert who is on the Wolf's trail with his noble hound, Rufus.
