Ses critiques Inscrit Il y a 1 semaine 1 critique -Fun 6/10 First of all, the Sherlock Holmes and Mrs Morstan actors did a phenomenal job. The small room also allows for some fun interactions with the audience, for both kids and adults. Nevertheless, I did not like the strong and aggressive depiction of Dr. Watson in this piece, especially when he was suddenly putting his arms and leg around Mrs Morstan. In the original story, it is more tender and slowly built up. I was also missing Watson’s admiration and friendship a bit with respect to Sherlock. Furthermore, the depiction of Tonga was borderline racist and inappropriate, while making racist jokes (but pointing it out ironically), and mentioning Machu Picchu randomly as if it’s in India? I don’t think this is okay, especially around children. Overall, they did have to cut out a few scenes due to the complexity of the story, which is understandable. The boat chase was done very creatively and funnily. It would have been fun though to see the Bakerstreet Irregulars in action instead of some lame magic done by Thaddeus Sholto. If you also go to multiple shows of the Sherlock saga, just so you know that they recycle some jokes, so it becomes less fun the second time. # écrit Il y a 1 semaine , a vu cet évènement avec BilletReduc.com
